I loved Quillion’s Covert. I realize I’m one of few that has very little hangups in fiction. That being said, these two authors blended perfectly. It’s such a sweet, touching story and knowing these two authors, I was constantly waiting for the boogie man to jump off the pages and grab me around the neck. But surprisingly, it was nice, calm waters.
As I said before, except for one piece that is considered a no no, it seemed like a normal, cotton candy read. I was always attempting to figure out who wrote what scene. I wasn’t successful at that. The characters are warm and inviting. The plot pulled me in and I have a feeling these two have me right where they want me. Unsuspecting. Lovely book if you have no hangups. Definitely a Five Star Read.
